the plant story^: I got the privilege to hike all over Blue River region this past summer, which is about 2 hours of a drive out from Denver. These Arnica flowering tops were harvested by me + my parents + friends in high summertime at approximately 10,000 ft.
herbal actions: Arnica repairs and reopens the facilitation of broken vessels in bruising + high impact that will affect the internal muscles, bones, and tendons. Anti inflammatory. Analgesic (relieves + reduces pain). Antibacterial. Anti-fungal.
